A retail distribution center can move millions of dollars of merchandise every day — but how much of that journey can you actually see? Reverse Logistics Is Part of the Same Journey

Returns are no longer an exception to the retail supply chain. They are part of it.

Returned merchandise may arrive from consumers, stores or other facilities. It may need to be identified, inspected, graded, repackaged, restocked, redirected, refurbished or disposed of.
